1 · What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use them to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how many people use the site.

2 · The cookies we set

sm_session

Keeps you signed in to the leads dashboard. Strictly necessary. Expires after 30 days of inactivity.

sm_csrf

Protects against cross-site request forgery. Strictly necessary. Session-only.

sm_cookie_consent

Remembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie banner. Strictly necessary. Expires after 12 months.

sm_tweaks

Persists your dashboard preferences (theme, density, default retailer). Functional. Expires after 12 months.

_pa

Privacy-preserving analytics (Plausible). Aggregated, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers. Session-only.

3 · Third-party cookies

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social-media tracking widgets on the marketing site or in the leads dashboard.

If you log in via Discord OAuth, Discord may set its own cookies on the OAuth pages it hosts. We have no control over those — see Discord's privacy policy.

4 · How to control cookies

• Accept or decline non-essential cookies using the banner on first visit. You can revisit your choice by clearing sm_cookie_consent and reloading.
• Browser controls — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and may break the dashboard.
• Do Not Track — we honor the DNT: 1 browser header by disabling our analytics cookie automatically.

5 · Changes to this policy

If we add or remove a cookie, we will update this page and reset the banner so you can re-consent.
