The rules of the road.

1 · Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, joining a Star Monitors-powered Discord, or using the leads dashboard at leads.starmonitors.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Star Monitors LLC, a California limited liability company ("Star Monitors", "we", "us", "our").

2 · Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Star Monitors. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, Discord access tokens, and seat invitations secure. Notify us immediately at support@starmonitors.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each paid seat is for one named user. Sharing a single seat across multiple resellers, or reselling your access to a third party, is grounds for termination without refund.

3 · Acceptable use

You may use Star Monitors to identify in-store and online retail clearance, restock, and price-drop opportunities for your own reselling, sourcing, or commerce activities.

You may not:

• Use the service to operate automated checkout, add-to-cart, or other purchasing bots against any retailer;
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or rehost Star Monitors data feeds, embeds, or API output to anyone outside of your seat;
• Scrape or republish the leads dashboard or Discord bot output at scale;
• Use the service to harass, defraud, or harm any retailer, employee, or other member;
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to discover the source code of the platform, except where prohibited by law.

We monitor for these patterns and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation, with no refund.

4 · Billing and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Pricing is displayed at starmonitors.com/#pricing and is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice for active subscribers.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal. If a charge fails, we will retry for up to 7 days before suspending access. All amounts are in US dollars.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.

5 · Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, repeated chargebacks, or if required by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees paid in the current period.

6 · Intellectual property

Star Monitors, the wordmark, the star-logo, the leads dashboard UI, the Discord bot output formats, and all proprietary software, data structures, and copy on this site are owned by Star Monitors LLC and protected under US copyright and trademark law.

Retailer names (Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, Walmart, Target, Walgreens) and product images referenced in the service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify publicly available products.

7 · No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Star Monitors does not warrant that every lead will be in stock, available at any specific store, or sellable at any specific price. Retail prices, stock levels, and clearance status change continuously and outside our control.

You acknowledge that you bear sole responsibility for the buying decisions you make based on Star Monitors data.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Monitors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or inventory, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $200 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9 · Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
